After putting all the parts into the Ultrasonic Cleaner everything is microscopically clean & ready for another stretch of EDC.
I'm done with what I needed to do when I took it apart & I took some pics while I put it back together so maybe there is something useful to someone.
Starting with the standoff pins & pivot in the frame

Cut out 4 pcs of tape to keep the pins & pivot from falling out while your handling the frame

Place the washer on the pivot & put some Chris Reeve grease on the washer, pivot, inside blade hole, & detent ball track on blade as well as the detent ball.

Place blade onto pivot & spread some grease where the washer will sit.

Place washer onto pivot & install standoffs & stop pin.

Place the liner onto the pins making sure to get the stop pin into the hole on the liner.

Put the scale on & put the body screws in first (not tight, stop when you feel it about to get tight) to hold everything together before putting the pivot screw in.
Place a very small drop of purple Loc Tite onto the thread of the pivot screw at the head of the screw. I do not put Loc Tite on the tip of the screw so when I dis assemble the knife I only need to turn it a couple times to get past the Loc Tite then it will freely unscrew by hand. Makes cleaning off the old LocTite easier if its not on every thread too.

Then I tighten the pivot with my homemade plastic tools, (I've got a Stainless & Titanium tool but don't want to scratch the knife) I've also used pennies before, just cut out a round notch for the lock side pivot. Remove tape.

With the body screws still slightly loose I snug down the pivot till the blade is perfectly centered & I make sure it's not too tight by checking how freely the blade opens. Once the blade is centered & the blade flicks open smoothly ( I flick it open a few times to set everything), line up the scale with the body screws then I'll tighten down the body screws with the blade closed, I always snug everything down when the blade is closed.

That's it, blade is centered, smooth as butter, & into the pocket.

If you have any tips please post them, I'd like to hear what you've learned.
