Recommendation? Hinderer XM-18 Gen.6

Hello

The half track has converted me to Hinderer knives ;)

i have a half track gen 2 spanto (maybe also a wharnie in the weeks to come), a slippy slicer, and from ZT a 0393 and a 0562

I am not sure about which grind to take for a 3.5” flipper gen 6 XM-18

do you know what grinds has already been released and which ones still have to come?
 
I haven’t tried a spare point but I have seen them only as non flipper or as vintage for the gen 6
 
Didn't see the Sheepsfoot on that link. That's the one I want next.
 
I am waiting for a slicer working finish gen 6 to be delivered ... not skinny
Pretty excited to compare it to my 0562
 
I have both a skinny and regular gen 6 sheepsfoot ... the DLT swedged spearpoint is close to a slicer grind ...

If you end up deciding on slicer grind, just get a ZT0562TI for 1/2 the price. In fact, i was able to get one for $180 last month.
 
I have a 0562cf that I like but it feels too slim for my hands
It will be the opportunity to compare a regular XM-18 with the 0562

A lot of people make that statement but I’ve had both and honestly if you want a hinderer. Buy a hinderer. If you want a zt buy a zt. The 562 is a nice knife. But sometimes it’s just wanting the real deal

The spanto grind is great
My half track is a spanto and I like it a lot

I never had a Bowie style XM but it looks so good
 
I consider the spanto grind as my workhorse. I also have a swedged spear and a non-skinny slicer. I have to say that I prefer the slicer grind. It's all a matter of lifestyle.
