Hi,

First post ever, i bought recently a brand new xm-24 gen4 Skinny Slicer all black dlc. I wished it was stonewashed or working finish but there was only all black dlc left. Like all of my xm-18s i replaced the teflons with PB washers. But for some reasons, unlike all gen6 i have, i ran into blade centering issues in which i ended scratching my blade and the flipper tab. The scratches are really light presumably caused by the dlc rubbing against the dlc liner. I was wondering anyway to repair or to remove the blemishes? Is liquid blue even working? I know for a fact that sharpies are no good

Thank you in advance!

Use the knife. The scratches will blend in with the others; and it will look better.

Alternatively, you could have somebody blast the dlc finish off it; then you can do what you want (satin, stonewash, dlc, cerakote)

Err, thanks for the reply! But i would rather go to a less agressive way. I don't want to blow my warranty just yet.

Then run with my first suggestion.
It's a tool, use it as such. The first scratch is the hardest, and you've already got that one out of the way.
