Just got a Hinderer XM-18 3.
I think it’s a version 2 or 3.
My question is will all XM scales fit?
And where is the best place to find.
 
You'll need to look for the 3" specifically, the xm-18 has it's 3.5" big brother but those scales won't fit.

No one has more parts in stock, that I have seen, than DLT.
 
Dlt Trading has an extensive line of Hinderer hardware. They have amazing customer service.
 
I believe yes. I recently bought a scale from Hinderer for my Gen 2 3" and there was no problem and they didn't inquire what Gen I had.
You can buy direct from Hinderer, or from one of their dealers. Not all colors and materials will be available at all times. I believe they all charge the same.
The exchange is good place to get a price break or try to find the harder to get scales.
Congratulations on your new knife. I love the 3". I have probably owned 6-8 of them over the years, mostly non-flippers
