Catch and release here. This is an amazing piece, but it's just too nice for me to carry. Purchased last week. I carried it a couple of days just as a try-out, so it's in the same condition that I received it in. Although I'm not the first owner, it does look and feel like this still has the factory edge on it.

Pimped/modded XM18 3.5" with custom anodized Ti frag scale, blue anodized lock side and clip, with IKBS bearing system installed. The IKBS was NOT done by Hinderer, so the factory warranty on this knife is void. But, the IKBS system in an XM is worth it (to me). It's so nice to be able to tighten the pivot down to zero blade play, yet have the bearing system allow the blade to deploy so fast it's like there's no tension on the pivot at all.

Knife comes with a padded, zippered pouch.

Price is what I paid, $SOLD net to me, Paypal and US Postal money orders accepted). I'll pick up the shipping charges (via US Postal Priority). US 50 only sale please.

Please email/PM with any questions.

And here's a look inside the knife to verify that it does, in fact, have an IKBS installed.

(everything was buttoned back up properly after this photo, BLUE Loctite installed on the pivot screw, and adjusted to perfect centering)

I think Todd Begg did a few IKBS hinderers. but not 100% sure.

As far as the info I've been given, yes, he did. But there was at least one other modder that did this type of conversion, and I have no confirmation as to which did this one. The Begg conversions I've seen used a thickened Ti (presentation side) liner so that stock G10 scales could still be used if desired. But again I can't be certain, as there seem to have only been a few IKBS conversions done, period.

This blade looks incredible, if not for the warranty aspect I couldn't resist it! Someone should buy soon
