Hinge/clamp from Edge Pro, what is it called?

What is the rod clamp+hinge+sliding bushing piece used to set the angle on the Edge Pro called? I need a part exactly like that for a project I am working on, but I can't find anything like it.
 
Hmmm, a super-swivel ball joint rod end might work, but I'll have to change the rest of the design to make it work. The design might be better off in the long run this way, though.
