Good Morning Knifemakers. I am hiring another hand here at FF. The job pays $12/hour. It can be a part or full time job. The duites will include sanding, profining, drilling, etc. It is a hard job, so be prepared to work. I require you to have your own insurance to work here. Do not bother applying if you don't have health coverage.

If you work here I will teach you to make knives and to profit from your knives. AND, you will have full access to the tools in my shop to make your own knives after hours.

Gimme a call if interested. 404-519-2787

Awesome opportunity. Wish I lived close enough and had the time to do it part time. To be honest, I'd probably pay you to learn how to do what you and your crew do!

Heck if I can learn to make knives part time I would just move and scale back sheath work for awhile. Problem is the sharks would riot, there would only be 2 or 3 knives left on Fridays because my pockets were filled with the rest.

This! It would be killer to be able to just go sit in your shop for a week to watch and learn. No talking or interfering just watching, Q&A after the work day or on breaks.

I need access to one of these.

Yep, I move 800 miles and THEN you do this lol. Great news man, I love being here to watch Fiddleback Forge grow!!

I'd very seriously take you up on that offer if I lived within an hour or so. I love making sheaths, but I love making knives too.

I can't believe you even have to advertise. You'd end up having to hire me if I lived there because I'd be there constantly anyway. :)

Good luck with your new person. Looking forward to what they do!

Man wish I had the time and could swing the drive from Chattanooga, sure would be fun to learn to make knives. Still can't figure out how you guys keep things so symmetrical.
