UPS just dropped off my order from KW. Inside it contained a Fallkniven PXL in maroon micarta, and the subject of the post, a CRK&T Hisshou. Gotta say that at first glance and feel, CRK&T has definately upped the ante! This thing is excellent. The blade grinds are all even and sharp, sharp, SHARP! It has a two-tone finish between a mirror and a satin. I was worried that the cord wrapped handle would be easy to unwrap, I mean in all the fondling I will be doing it could happen, but it feels very secure. Of course the only thing I dislike is the plastic collar at the front of the handle which replaced the turk's head knot shown in all the store pics you see, it looks good, but it would be better in steel or aluminum, I think. Just a quick review as I have come to work and only got to see the newbies for just a few minutes.:thumbup:
