History Channel will be having "Axes, Swords, and Knives" on tonight at 7 pm. Just saw it to be coming up next or I would have posted sooner.

:D ... counting down.

The sword maker Paul was impressive to watch. Missed the part about the defensive folders though, fell asleep:rolleyes:

It was pretty cool. I was astonished when they said how many knives Victorinox puts out every day.

They have to make that many to keep up with TSA confiscating so many of them.;)

Missed the show - but does anyone remember approximately how many (according to that segment) Victorinox manufactures daily?

I'm pretty sure that it's an older show and with the aftermath of 9/11 they're production numbers dropped because sales dropped. I remember hearing that on here somewhere.

Unless I slipped when clicking on the MS calculator, that's still 80,000 plus per day, assuming 50 weeks/ year, 5 days / week.

Holy moly! That's a lot!!!

Where do all the old ones go?? I haven't thrown any of mine away yet... :)

I though Mike Meyers was just kidding in his movie Goldmember when he goofed on the way Dutch people talk. After hearing the guy from Vic. on the program......he wasn't too far off.
