Yeah, I saw it. They had a really nice section on sword smithing using traditional methods. They also had about 90 seconds of views from an Oneida factory stamping out flatware. Hard to cover the entire history in 45 min.
Wish they would do a show on modern knife making.
Probably we are not a large enough demographic to be worth the cost of such a show.
