History Lesson Needed

Hi!

Was wondering if the educated Hogs could tell me what you know about this sword? Thank you!

It's 33 3/4 inches long with a 21 1/4 inch blade and about .28 inches thick.

I think that one is the dragon's fang.

Doesn't look like its proportions, and I thought the Dragon's Fang had finger grooves and two holes in the exposed tang, although it doesn't quite look like the AK47 either. Were there several Dragon's Fangs made?

Not to mention that the Dragon's Fang has snakeskin micarta handles...

Didn't skunk just post recently about a big Busse sword with a smooth ( no finger grooves ) handle?

I just did some more searching on the boards and found these two pics:

The sword I posted looks like the smaller one on the tree and the Dragon's Fang in the second picture looks like it was taken on the same deck as the picture I posted.

One very similar to that larger one is on bad mojo "sw2" in the sword gallery.

Nah- The second picture is mine- That is the Dragon's Fang, a AK-47 and a WWII War trophy I inherited from my Grandad. the original picture that Chippi posted is NOT the DF, but another sword altogether. Also, coincidentally that sword is the reason I started collecting Busses!!

would have to be close to 2000, i first saw it in march of 02, maybe 99, andre would know for sure.
