I've been lurking on the forums for a couple of years, and I finally have a decent pic of my collection to post. So Hiya guys and gals.
I am BubbaThud, son of PapaThud, father to LittleThud and LoudThud, and I like things that go swish, stab, thud, thwack, bash, bang, and kaboom. I wanted to produce an epic intro post, with history and pics of individual knives, and stories and whatnot, but Little and Loud aren't cooperating, so I'll add individual knife photos with their stories as I manage to steal the time to post.
A brief history of my Busse collection....
I recieved my first Busse as a gift from my father. A SteelHeart II as a class knife, (hella more useful than a class ring). I purchased my next Busse at a Y2k survival show I believe, a Badger Attack that was the prototype for the Brass grommet handle fastenings. My next Busse was a birthday gift from my father, a Police Recruit cut down to under 2.5 inches for me to carry legally on a college campus, (the satin finish and hollow ground blade was just to make it extra awesome I think). Since then I've added a few, whenever I can afford them or beg for them well enough. I hear howling kids...time for me to get back to work.
Enjoy,
