Hmm looks like another Busse imitator...

That is a Wander Tactical. A Megalodon I believe. I have a couple of Wander Tacticals, they are pretty good knives.
Not all of them have the Talon hole. I am curious, does Busse's Patent apply to all holes in the lower ricasso, or just rounded off lower ricasso?
I don't know if that is a detail in the patent, or if it makes a difference. Actually would it be possible to see the actual patent?

After some googling, it's a trademark not a patent. It seems to state that the trademark covers any and all holes near the rear portion of the blade.

It's not a patent, it's a trademark. "The mark consists of a hole in the rearward portion of the blade."

You can see more here. Click on the "STATUS" tab, then click on Mark Information" for the above Description of Mark.

Wow!! Awesome information!! Very thorough, thank you, I love getting into the technical side of things.
I have some good reading tonight. By the way, Wander Tactical is located in Italy. The knives themselves are produced by Lion Steel for Wander Tactical.
