Now, the scales aren't "spyderco" grippy on the G-10, but they provide enough grip to be satisfied. I owned the dejavoo for quite some time and it's an excellent blade. It actually reminds me of a BM version of a spyderco military. It's a well made liner lock as well, very similar to a military, but I'd still stick with a military :thumbup:
