So, I have $200 bucks that I wanna spend on a new knife but I'm having some difficulties deciding. I have my eye on a TOPS Idaho Hunter & a Bark River Custom Skinner with Green Canvas Micarta. I'd really like a Strider but they're out of my price range for the moment. Any of you guys have any hands on time with the TOPS or the Barkie?

I definitely want a fixed blade with no longer than a 5" blade. Recommendations? Thanks guys!

The Bark River will do a good job for you. I've never owned any TOPS knives so can't comment on them.
