I have a Hoback kwalback I believe that I won in a raffle a few years ago. It has never been used and I would like to know the value and potentially sell it if anyone is interested. I appreciate any help anyone can give to increase my knowledge on this knife.

thanks in advance!

I can’t seem to figure out how to post a picture... it is a folder with an etched blade (Damascus?)... it is blue and grey in color

Welcome to BF Rick. Unfortunately as your being a registered member you are not permitted to ask any values, sorry. If you upgrade to a gold membership which costs $30, then your good to go with additional benefits too, including selling privileges.

Thanks... sorry I missed that will join
Nicely done!

Definitely need a pic. (Try using an image host, like Imgur, and link directly to the picture's URL ending in an image extension, like .jpg/etc.) If it's a custom with a damascus blade, that's going to be quite different than a production Kwaiback!

Now your Golden. Use the attach file below left on the reply box to upload a picture. It’s supposed to be 1600x1600 and 1mb or lower. Sometimes you can get a larger one to squeak by, often times it has to be under 500kb, like 499.5kb to work. This BF website was just upgraded this week, so some of the tech issuses are still being worked out, but uploading pictures seems to be going easy for the members here.

Practice here in this thread all you want, nobody will care how many times you need to post if you need the practice, most of use do at one time or another. Practice thread curtesy of Arian29 Arian29 .

Again, welcome to BladeForums R Rick3006 , glad you upgraded so quickly too.

Here is a search of the Hoback Kwaiback sold here on BladeForums, many members remove the sold price after selling, but this is a start.

Later if you decide to sell once other members have helped you out with more informed information as to a good selling value, this is the sub-forum to post your for sale in. Read through some of the other for sale posts first to familiarize yourself with how your post should look before you jump right in. Nice clear pictures are what helps sell the quickest along with a fair asking price, desirability of course helps too.

Best of luck to you whichever way you choose to go.
