Doing some cleaning at home and ran across this:

Making money to procure more INFI has put these on the back burner for a few years now. Anybody else?

Garth

Alright Garth, here's my confession. I'm going to spill my heart out here.

I have a spending problem. I used to be worse... much much worse. I'd blow through each paycheck just trying to keep my interest on something. Unfortunately that meant a new interest every month, sometimes week. Ugh, it was horrible. What did I go through? Tailoring, leatherworking, woodworking, other knifemakers, fashion, computers, video games, you name it, I'd be interested in it for a week or two and drop it after I'd already bought some stuff. I'm talking about two whole years without an increase in my savings. It was ridiculous.

Since I've discovered Busse and narrowed my focus on knives, despite the costs of this stuff, I've noticed my savings increasing. At first, it was outta hand and I blew through thousands. I've since sold some and have pulled back a lot, and now I'm finally saving money.

So that's it. I have a problem and a bad habit. INFI is helping in a counterintuitive way. I felt like I wasted those two years of my life financially and I'm going to pay for it later, and my wife is going to pay for it as well, which I hate the thought of. I don't know how to thank you enough for helping me prepare for my future and retirement. Next step: dropping INFI as well :foot: maybe... nah...

Movies, Video Games, Warhammer, eating ;) ... Not that I did any of that stuff much anyway but it all became non-existent when I got hooked on INFI..

what are those things ?

I would have to say I spend less time at the range. Cost of ammo vs INFI, hum!!! You know we have depleted uranium in tank rounds, I wonder if we can make Cu clad INFI. If it's spun steel it should be pretty accurate. Jerry got any left overs???

My hobby has always been collecting stuff. I've always been a big collector that loves to blow through money. Before the INFI I was spending all of my money on guns and ammo, before that it was race used sheetmetal and autographs, before that it was hard rock/heavy metal collectibles (drumsticks, drum heads, autographs, ect.) I have a killer collection of stage worn Gwar outfits and props that is just wasting away in a storage shed. The list goes on and on.

Those are special metal sticks used for beating the ground and throwing when you are having a bad round. Atleast thats what I used them for.

don't let him fool you, he is actually a decent golfer.

Garth, my take on golf is that unless I get to hit the clown in the nose when it's over, I ain't interested:) As for hobbies that I used to have: IDPA.

You should totally show up to Blade wearing one of those. That would be EPIC.

Garth

Lol, well I do plan on coming to Blade so......

Awesome! Anything from Pantera?

Unfortunately nothing rare or special. Closest thing I have is a Vinnie Paul drumstick from Hell Yeah and a drumstick from Damageplan. Lots of guitar picks too. Best things I have are the memories of some of the mid to late 90's shows. Pantera /Type O Negative back in '95 is still one of the best shows I've ever seen and I've seen lots.

Off the top of my head, I have, autographed early Oderus shoulder pads, Flattus shoulder pads, Flattus tail, Jizmak chest plate, Jizmak mask, both Mid-Galactic Wrestling Champion Belts and a ton of autographed items. All the stage worn stuff comes with a certificate from the Slave Pit. Shortly after I got the Jizmak mask I seen Brad Roberts at a show and couldn't wait to tell him that I owned his freakin face. Man, sometimes I miss being young and stupid, other times, not so much.

Phallus in Wonderland is a classic!

Last time I golfed I found out that most people frown on drifting in golf carts. I thought it was rather impressive that we could do it without spilling our drinks.

As far as hobbies, I am picking back up on hiking and working back up to running and martial arts again. It's been years. INFI wasn't at fault, but sitting here drinking and talking about it at all hours probably had a little to do with it.

Man, what I would of given for my boys to of dropped just a year earlier, that type O/CFH tour is one Ive always regretted missing, they even came to my home town with it. I got into them the year after that and saw my first show at 14 on Nov 19 96 when Neurosis and Biohazzard opened for Dime n Co. My life officially started that day :D Seeing them 4 times ,Damageplan 8 months to the day he was shot, and type O in 07 at harpos certainly ranks in the greatest times Ive ever had. Keep Rockin Bobby!!!!
