I thought I would move over hear from the Topps subject. I pick this hoping that it would be about the knive and the testers abillity. I did not want this to insult any knive maker. That is one reason I picked the title of hobo knive and the idea of simplicity. Mr. Randall and Mr. Stamp I would still like to see your work on this. If the parameters are not quite right maybe some others can help out. Come I guys strut your stuff.

If this is just something for Jeff to offer an idea on and Cliff to argue over I can't contribute much. I think the idea of a Hobo Knife is a good one and have some thoughts on the subject, but need to know the agenda here first.

I would love to see Jeff and Cliff both develope designs, have them prototyped and then have them tested. It will be interesting to see considering one of the main points was low price point. What you thinking? Some where around the $30 mark?

RWC that would be the range. I'm hoping everyone will step out take leak and then come back. The idea is for both to do this start to finnish and show their tallants. Competiveness is fine. As I said others here could help with the parameters. I am not looking for another Topps session. I would like to see the proffesional side of all on this project.

So no one wants to take this up or did I step into the doodoo for suggesting this?

Jeffs hacking his way through the jungles of Peru at the moment. Don't know why Cliff has not responded.

Thanks RWC. Gone few days and come back to the black spot on the envelope and thought it was black listed, or troll marked. Don't ken the meaning of that. Still think this would be great idea if everyone got on board. If it gets messy make them walk the plank.

Don't worry about the black dot Quill, it simply means that the thread that is marked is one you have participated in. It makes it extra easy to see what threads you need to keep track of. As for the rest of this thread, I don't know what it is about, but sounds interesting.
