I wanted a Busse for a long time now and thanks to Jerry Busse, I have one. It took a long time but it finally came. I got home and saw the box and knew what it had to be. I've ordered nothing else.

When I opened it, I was immediately stunned by it's appearance. This this is big and heavy. I hefted it from the cardboard sheath and felt the gravity of the blade. This thing was heavy. You know you got something that wants to cut when you hold this.

The belly is deep and the knife feels substantial. I feel like I've really got something in my hands with this blade. I feel like this knife can get me to hell and back. I'm ordering a sheath from leatherman. Hope to have more Busse blades soon.

I want to thank Mr. Busse himself for such a fine blade. Thanks all for being a cool community.

There's a number on the blade #27, how many of these are made?

You feel the fever. You've been bitten by the INFI Hog. The transformation begins...

Hogdom, the aspiration of all us meager piglets! :D :p

I really like that satin finish, again congrats!

Hey, that doesn't look like the HOFSH Jerry sent me??

see what I mean:

As a recently inducted HOG I say Congratulations! Now....what's next...oink...oink....

A bit of advice. If you see Stomper at the Trough grab what you can and run!

:D

I saw someone mention it on the forum that it was on sale on Ebay and just bought it, but haven't recieved it yet. I wonder if it's OK to post pics on this forum or must I go to Swamp Rat forum. Anyway, I intend that, even though it's apparently rare because it's out of production, as my user blade.

I've got a Trace Rinaldi Armageddon in 3V coming too, I think. The guy responds to my emails 1-2 months after I send each one. I've been communicating like this for many months. Artist, sheesh

Mr. B on the other hand, is a class act, not to say that Trace isn't, I suppose he's SUPER busy.

Mr Busse, thanks again sir, for a nice knife and wonderfull community. Why are Busse folk so friendly?

The amount of INFI going through the veins has a direct relationship with the amount of happiness in the brain. In other words, the more INFI the happier we are! :D

Congrats on a beautiful and very functional blade. And thus it begins....

Stay Strong & No Regrets!

There is a secret ingredient in INFI that causes this! :D Seriously, you picked a really nice knife as your first Busse - congratulations!

I was also wondering how Jerry puts out all these great knives and still makes a point to answer calls and emails right away. I betcha he's figured out that most folks will probably tend to patronize companies whose owners are more like friends.

Congratulations on the arrival of your newcomer. Truly great knife and very good pictures  !

It is evident that “a BUSSE a day, keeps doctor away!” :D :D

Take care and enjoy your knife.

George :)

Hi ERDept, Very nice! Originally I wanted a HOGFSH too but later thought it would be just too heavy so I go with the FSH instead. Any idea how heavy is your HOGFSH? My FSH weights 1.5lb no light weight either. Thanks :)

Cliff, congrats on the Rat Daddy. Good choice on making it a user, you'll not be disappointed. The rats would love to see pics of it over at the swamp when it arrives. You're welcome to post pics here of it too as long as there's a Busse Combat blade in the photo as well.;) Most of these hogs and piglets are closet Swamp Rat fans.

You seem like a nice guy, so I'm going to give you a bit of advise. Busse collectors are not nice or friendly at all. They ACT that way to try and get you to drop your defenses. That's when they'll make a grab for you INFI. You've wandered into the pig pen. Be careful where you step. :D

Fluggin' Hogs! :D
