HOG Ash Question

I know jerry will replace any blade due to failure from unintentional damage or defect. However would we get an HOG replacement? With our name on it? The only reason I ask, is it occured to me looking at Moonwilsons "trash that ASH" competition that I or someone else might actually push it to the limit. Would we get an identical replacement or a regular ash?

I wouldn't count on it, nor would I expect it since it's intentional. If I damaged mine while doing something stupid, the last thing I would expect is for Jerry to fix my idiocy.

That said, I don't think you can damage these bad boys.

I was just thinking that when I disembowel a hummer I might want to make sure I dont "intentionally" put the knife in harms way.

I think Jerry would have to consider the circumstances and damage of the knife to whether on not he'd replace/repair the knife. I certainly wouldn't expect him to take care of my knife after what I've done to it. Especially since we got these at a steal, (Thanks Boss!) :thumbup:

I don't think the laser engraving would be that big of deal to do if it needed replacement though. Now the fact that it's a special configuration knife (handles, color, engraving) might mean replacment with a different knife instead of a complete new HOG edition.

These things are such tanks that I don't think anyone will need to find out. Now go trim the fat off that hummer!
