Before people get all excited, no I don't have it yet. I'm just considering what use to put a monster-tough fatty to when I generally prefer the thinner blades.
What's a Bag of Evil (BOE) I hear you say? Mercop coined the phrase in a good thread in W&S here http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=535879
Short version - it's a bag of stuff you carry to actually use every day. Rather than a BOB which is kept in reserve for SHTF situations only.
The bag I carry around everywhere when I'm working is my BOE. It has the necessary work tools of a network nerd (as my wife called me yesterday) like laptop, screwdrivers, uplink cables, leatherman tool, testers etc.
But it also has some 'emergency' type stuff, like a FAK, paracord, flashlight, bandanna, smoke/chemical facelet, etc.
I'm still refining the contents, but many of the items are dual purpose (emergency/normal work).
What it's lacking so far is a good stout knife!
Now, given that I have in the past worked in rooms that get sealed in case of fire, one of the possible uses I see for a knife is forcing doors, windows or walls(!) to get out.
So anyway, I think that's where my HOG ASH1 is going to live; in my Bag of Evil!
Where is yours going to live?
