I’m curious to see which were the most popular styles and finishes for the epic legendary HOG B8

You can pick as many choices in the poll that apply to you. Unfortunately, this poll will not total accurately due to anyone who has ordered multiples of the same style and/or finish, but I think it will still be interesting to see what the numbers show.

I’ve got a drop point BIG DC and a satin war feather coming. If only the BIG DC could be switched out to Competition Finish now that it’s being offered, I probably would have picked that for both of mine.

You’re a man after my own heart—satin War Feather here and my BIG/DC is the standard tip profile. Both of mine with penetrator tips.:thumbsup::cool:
 
I would've been so down for the CF knowing what I do about it now, but at the time I was so wishy washy I came really close to not even jumping on it till the final hours on deadline Saturday.
I've since got a few new ones in various finishes and found myself really jonesing on this damn thing- I was lucky enough to be able to upgrade coated to big dc after messing with both coated, satin and DC and developing some preferences, so I'm really really stoked about this one.
 
Ahh man I wish I had jumped on this bandwagon, I know I was thinking about getting the drop point at the time, but then I thought about ending up scrounging on the streets for scraps lol.
 
missed this boat...should have gone for a CG...just not a huge thick fan, seeing those grudges made me really second guess this decision...
 
I got a coated, WhiteFeather with Penetrator tip. I went with this model since it's a FFG anyhow...figured she's perfect for a strip. We will see, tomorrow :D

Green Drop point with penetrator tip. Can't remember why I didn't go for the CF! Must have been trying to save some money, as if it makes a difference at this level.

There was no CF offered on this model unfortunately. Instead, a Busse Industrial Grade Double Cut finish was offered.

I think this was before CF made a comeback for Busse offerings.

and a satin as well!!! I don't remember CF being even a blip on the radar at the time??? Just guessing, but don't think CF came in until later on.

CF made its reappearance on the Silent Knight, a little over a month after the HOG B8.
