Here are a few pics from my hunt with the Hesseltine's in Sinton, TX. We got two nice sized hogs. It was an adrenaline rush to say the least. The knife is an ats34 with yellow g10 handles blade I put together really quick for the hunt. Its thin like a machete but it did the job. The dropped a couple seconds after I stuck him.

I left the blade with the colors left from the heat treat. Kinda looks like a hamon but its not. I may leave it that way and use it for future hunts and cutting up briskets.

The hog is the one in black, the one in camo is me. hehehee....

The blade is 11" long from tip to handle. I was worried it wouldnt penetrate since its only 1/16" thick. It put the boar down in a few seconds.

WOW , What a rush ,,I would think..
Crazy stuff ,,I would love to try it . But no hogs here..
Nice one...

The dogs I see mainlanders using, on average, seem to be taller and burlier than *most* dogs here in Hawaii. Although everyone uses everything, there seems to be a trend.

Nice knife, too. Good hog. Bet that was fun. :D

Very cool!!It looks like you achieved extreme penetration with that 1/16" thick blade, that's impressive!
