I can't search myself so I will apologize up front. Could someone post the link or pictures of this knife please? I am ordering some Okuden kydex and couldn't remember if the grip is mag or std and then I couldn't remember if the grip was g10 or micarta. Brian seemed to think it was tigerhide but I don't remember that either. Basically its alot of me not remembering and I haven't even been drinking.

Your going to have a sheath made for it and its not out yet?

I guess if its the same specs as the CGs it doesnt matter.
 
Being one who doesn't like a lot of blade writing, I think you guys with the shorter HOG names are at a slight advantage in the "looks" department. :p

Wonder if I can just have "Pork Chop" put on there? :D

I actually ordered one standard and one mag because thats what I have right now. Based on the description, however, I would feel pretty safe ordering one. .320 with mag grips, unless the tigerhide are different dimensions than the other colors of micarta, I should be safe. I tend to think the CNC milling program for all the ASH mag grips are the same, I could be wrong though.

edit: I don't mind ordering sheaths first. I bought two Okuden RMD sheaths before I ever scored either of the knives. I guess I am just optimistic!
 
How did I miss it was muddy w/tiger??? I musta called in stupid that day.

Well paint me absolutely interested! I can't wait for mine. I gotta rethink my trade fodder as I'll have a mag-handle with that one. WHOA!
 
Assuming that the Mag Tiger Hides are the same dimentions as the Mag Canvas Micarta, Brian already has a ASH-1 with Magnums.. Theoretically he should be able to crank them sheaths out BEFORE the knives arrive!!


Now this is ALL just speculation (except the part about Brian having a mag handled ASH-1)
 
Thats a true statement Rescue Mike. I just talked to him today and he has both standard and mag gripped ASH1's. I would have ordered one more but I am considering getting one of them with his drop loop configuration. I figure this knife might be a little heavy for the standard high tek lok. Anyone's thoughts?
