Geez what a set and I do not know which one I like the best. That bone is incredible and you can tell that ivory is pretty awesome too.

Dunno if I've ever seen a single-blade Sowbelly before. Fabulous work.

I just saw a single sow of Tony Bose in another thread and it got me thinking....and now after seeing these I'm convinced! I got to make one of these  Those are two top notch oinkers ;)

Beautiful knives Ken!! I especially like the bone handled one - lookin' mighty peachy!!

Dunno if I've ever seen a single-blade Sowbelly before.

I have made a few of this size a while back and a few in 3 1/8 size single blade sows. I am working up to getting the courage to build that 5 blade sowbelly.

Thanks for all the very kind comments, means a lot to me coming from this bunch!:D

That shield is very distinctive. I have never seen it before. What do you call that shield shape? BTW, great looking knives, the ivory scales are beautiful.

99f250, I have not used Mastodon ivory at this point.

cj65, The shield is somewhat traditional on sowbelly patterns. Remington used this shield on their 5 blade sowbellys. I am not sure if this shield is named or not. Maybe if someone knows they could post here?

Thanks again for the comments on these knives.

Ken
