Hog Muk

It wasn't released. That's why we keep bumping up the prototype thread - we WANT it to be released!!

it does look interesting, if it's thin enough it will make a nice little kitchen user !!

is there 2 sizes, a smaller one !!

If you're in the market for a Muk, I would consider the Scrap Muk... 154CM is an awesome steel for a blade this size - has phenomenal edge holding properties, and the Busse heat treat makes it some of the toughest 154CM you'll ever see. Great, great knife, and the mudder handles are a pure joy to hold.

I'm guessing its in the lineup to be released along with the other "Design your own busse" thread winners.

that's nice - but you know how it is with INFI bro, anything else just isn't the same

Eh, not so much for me - I enjoy my Scrap Yard and Swamp Rat knives just as much, if not more, than my Busse's. I EDC my SR Vex, not my AD or Boss Street, or Meaner or High Street. When I backpack, I'm more likely to have my SoD in the pack than the NMSFNO or FSH, because the SoD weighs less.

INFI is cool, but 154CM holds an edge longer for "normal" tasks, and for a skinner that's a bonus. The scrap Muk is pretty awesome.

I believe when I first emailed Jerry about designing a Muk I asked that it be .125" - .187".
Hope it lands somewhere in there.

I really want one of these! I hope they are to be released soon (as soon as I have the $ for one :)) This design looks great.

EDIT: +1 for thin! .15 sounds good...for the biggun!

One of my favorite knives I own and by far the most comfy handle - sharp as sin too.

I'd buy more than one hogmuk if they were released - nessies are my favorite knife design.

I'm hoping for this to be thin as well - maybe in the spirit of the tank buster the boss will let us choose our thickness?

.14, .19, .25 and a HOG .32...

One can wish.
