HOGFSH bargain?

One of these closed on Ebay yesterday (with sheath!) for what looked like a great price. There was only one bidder. Why didn't this attract more bidders? :confused: Am I missing something, or is all the money going to FBMs?
 
I'll take door number two.

Seriously, my budget for knives has dropped to near zero...thanks to a serious FBM addiction. Need to get this out of the way so I can afford to buy something else.

I was all over it... even loved the sheath. But... I've had so much tasty INFI on my plate recently that I decided that if I were to own one, black and D/C wasn't what I would want, unless I was planning on using it. It was quoted as very very slightly marked, and I could see this in the photo of the front side... Just was something that happened at the wrong time (for me). Not a real 'steal', but thought_worthy as I dwelled on it all week.

However, there is a SHSH that, according to the Q&A, porkducci is going to grind into a Game Warden. That looks like a nice price on that SHSH, but there seems to be some confusion as to steel.

Nah, I just make SHBMs into SHSHs, I don't alter SHSHII into anything else, they are perfect as they are. I might take Jaxx's (24) Skeleton Wardens and make a couple of SHSHII though! :eek:

But my knife budget is on a zero as well, after buying myself an airgun. For the next couple of months I promised my wife not to buy extra knives.

Luckily I have one HHFSH on it's way to me and there will be a FBMLE in the near future.
 
Could one of you tell me what steel that SHSH that I have listed is made of? Is there a way to tell if its INFI or A-2? I have people ask all the time and Im not sure. I was told it was INFI, but everyone else is saying A-2.:confused: :confused: :confused: THANKS, Aaron

You bought the knife from Raden here on the forum and if he said INFI then I'm sure that it is.

I think next year I'm going to save up my INFI money until Dec. and score when the Hogs are hurtin' most...no wonder I got that Skeleton Warden for 160 :)
