The LE FBM is finally Hogtied at the BCS.

Bummer. I got the boss to approve a try at the Cupidganzaa and if I did not win my catch I was hoping the LE FBM would still be around... :(

Are there any more coming to the BCS or was that it? I am assuming the second.

Your best bet is to hope one shows up in a box for Columbus OH Show or Indy 1500. Where in MI are you? The Indy 1500 might be worth a road trip.

'Course, for the cost in gasoline, it might be better to pay an Exchange premium. Probably less fun than the Hammy Show in Indy!

SE Michigan. The Columbus show is closer than the Indy 1500. I went to the Indy 1500 once before I had the Busse fever. Actually, I am planning on going to Blade since my Wife has family in Tennessee. Of course I arranged a visit for that weekend and planned it so we leave Thursday (allowing me time to sneak to Blade on Friday)!

Hey, KF. Where in TN? I lived in Maryville for about 10 years - just outside of Knoxville. I went to UTk and spent my time kayaking whitewater rivers all over the area.

You'll also find Raden, Guyon and Terry Newton down that way. (All middle TN, I think.)

Come on down to Atlanta. It is a blast. Knob Creek is nothing to sneeze at either. Only 1.5 hours south of Indy.

Chattanooga, TN.

It is funny, since I have known my wife for almost 11 years, 7 of which we have been married and this will be the first time we have gone down to TN to visit her Uncle.... but it was not until recently that I realized how close it is to Blade (a little over 1.5 hours)!

Now I have all the motivation I need to head down! And I can leave the Wife & Kids with the Uncle and come down on Friday. It will be a one day hit, though. They have two full days of activities planned for Saturday & Sunday :(, but hopefully I am still on a Blade high :D

FBM LE continue to show up on the Exchange and eBay at near cost. If they don't come back again to the Skunker store, keep on eye on the other places. btw, Blade is a blast and well worth the trip, but I would not expect to find an FBM LE there. I would expect to find some other amazing stuff.

Amazing stuff works for me! It will be nice to see it in person prior to spending the $$.

This past Ganzaa was the first one I ever tried to grab a knife at. The funny thing is I always have to beg the boss, but the knife purchase goes over easier if she likes the blade. I only wanted to put in for 1 and if I did not get it, well, more cash for Blade! Oh, back to the funny part, the Wife wanted me to put in for #34 but I wanted #42. Of course I put my bet on the 42 and I guess can ask for forgiveness when (or rather) it shows up!

Didn't Skunk take care of that problem with recent software upgrades?

Well, he tried his best. But unfortunately, there's only so much you can do. While the carts are set to automatically empty now, and pretty quickly, too, if not checked out, nothing prevents the hogtier from carting the stuff all over again, and again, and again. And nothing prevents him, or them, doing it from multiple IPs, so they can cart even hundreds of items in spite of restrictions on cart size.

Oh, you poor, poor souls.

You mean not everyone has these?

Neither do I anymore, at least not all of them... ;)
