Got to play with a couple of the new Hogue/Elishewitz prototypes yesterday.
They are in production and will be available soon (i was told).
I was very impressed with these proto's....fit and finish was awesome....i really like the button lock...these knives were smoothe, solid lock up, no blade play what so ever, great ergo's and the tanto grind blade was off the hook (IMO) the tanto grind reminded me off Marfione with a combination Strider harpoon spine.
The best part was the price...retail 220ish.....this is one hell of a knife for the price...it's comparable to knives at more than twice it's price (IMO).
I was told that the actual productions will have a safety....i seen no need but they said it's for liability reasons....they are also doing a auto which i did not see or handle.
Just a heads up guys for a knife that will be a great bang for your buck.
