I've seen the post here and eleswhere of people having difficulty getting the pivot out of the Hogue Deka while doing a scale swap. I had a little difficulty but got the locktite to give. Now I've got the AWT scales on but I can't for the life of me get the D female side of the pivot through for my life. If I take the blad out, it goes right in but if the blade is in place, it isn't going in. Has anyone else had this issue?

Not a problem. Just pull back on the Able lock switch as you are inserting the D sided pivot and it will slide right in.
