Hold Out III in Hannibal - [GRAPHIC]

Was watching Hannibal series and during the final fight scene with the Red Dragon, a serrated Hold Out III was being used. It's featured prominently in the entire fight, which is cool.

Yes it would have; I've got the serrated Holdout 1 as well as the special edition Holdout 1 one with the green handle and the special edition Holdout 1 with the tan handle. Badass knives. Why would CS discontinue them?
 
I think an aga campolin switchblade would have suited hannibal more.
Holdout I would have ended the fight earlier but that would mean will graham would have probably died first. Also the long blade would have probably made the disembowelment harder if stuck all the way in.
 
Well. I can certainly say I've never used my Holdout III for anything like that. Unless you're an apple.

I've got all three too, the I & II in XHP. They discontinue them most likely due to sales falling off, CS likes to bring out new stuff all the time and I think after the novelty wears off the sales fall for many of the items. Of course when items are discontinued and you are lucky you can get a killer deal like I did on I from Knife Center for $79.95 in the tan XHP.
Can't find my picture of all three but here is the I & III with my TiLite 6" Aluminum.
