And I'm not suggesting a collaboration with Spyderco... ;)

When is Camillus going to come out with a killer 4" framelock? They own the larger folder market with the 5.5" Maxx. They have the best value, and a great knife, in the 3" EDC. So when are we going to see a 4" framelock in the same class?

The simplest, and I think best, solution would be to take either of the current designs and put out a 4" version.

Don't see the need. Why worry about a 4 in version in your pocket when you can get a great 5.5 in folder that melts into your pocket like it always belonged there? My Cuda Maxx does everything a 4 incher will do and it's just getting started by then.

A titanium handle EDC with a 4" S30V blade is what i WANT them to make. :grumpy:

I carry my Maxx everywhere...except the place I work which has a 4" blade limit. If ease of carry were the only issue I'd be completely happy with the Maxx.

Any chance you could buy the rights to make a Nordooh by Rob Simonich at an affordable price. I am sure you could generate some revenue from it.

Strike up a deal with him and watch the money pour in :)

Maybe you could use the Becker carbon steel rather than the A2...Not sure, which is better for big knives !

I don't see the spearpoint Maxx in the poll?

When I listed the 4" Maxx I didn't have a particular blade configuration in mind, but I should have made that clear.

I would love to see a 4" spearpoint version too. Heck I'd love to see that and a 5.5" spearpoint. :D

Another 4" EDC vote....

4" bullnose Maxx gets my vote (and would get my $$$).
Spearpoint would work, too...:)

why not a folder bigger than the maxx?

I like big folders myself, but I live in Texas where the limit is 5-1/2", so the Maxx suits me perfectly.

I just like to carry a little 4" blade as a backup. :D

Something along the lines of the original SERE folding knife would be very nice.
Of all the knives I have seen lately, there is no real sturdy field folding knife. I have a Gerber LST Magnum, but I wish the handles were made with metal and wood.

Last month I traded for a DDR 4" Bullnose Maxx and they are an outstandngly perfect knife. If Camillus were to make one I would just about guarantee they'd be a great seller.
