Wow, looks terrific...

How much weight difference does it make? drastic?

How many holes (and size variables) are possible until it affects the integrity of the frame... almost a rhetorical question.

Aesthetically, I really like the large classic with the smaller holes. Way to go.

Holey pocketknife, Jules-man! :D

{Sorry, always wanted to say that...or something very similar!}

Knife looks interesting. I wonder how it would sound in a good, stiff breeze?

Love the small.

Nice work - looks cool :)

Does it also help the grip - or more an aesthetic thing?

Knives look GREAT! I myself always like something a little different. More personal. Your buddy did a fine job.

Thanks guys for the kind comments.

To your questions, there's a little difference in weight from another without the holes, not a major difference. But the balance is excellent.

Gripping is and feels excellent, major improvement in control.

Integrity of the frame strength, I cant feel any difference or weakness. It is as rock solid as it felt prior to the holes being added.

I think you mean, this knife is like placebo I think it should be the best feeling knife out there cuz it looks so good.

Either that or it is good, either way you have a beautiful Sebby collection. Tom Mayo is either proud or planning a lawsuit against use of his hole style.

You're a brave man to give your knife to a guy and say "drill some holes in it".:D

Thanks for the ideas and the pictures, I like what you had done to the knives, and from here the workmanship looks great.:thumbup:

That is great. Your friend did a superb job. I love the way it looks and I bet it really holds well in the hand - really unique. Enjoy it.

Hmm , I'm liking those, there are some engineers here where I work , I might just have to speak with them and see if they would like to do something similar for my regular large Seb'.
