OK. I got two twelve packs of Dinkel Acker today. And I'm drinking a cherry wheat right now. And I got a 12 pack of Anchor Steam too. So I'm good till next week. You gotta watch out in GA. Because if you forget to get your beer on Saturday night. You're a goner.

I just bought a tonne of hard liquor for the holiday obligations. As such, I had to relegate myself to a cheap 24 of buck-a-beer variety - MaClays. Its not bad, but I'd prefer to be drinking your swish Andy!

Back on the farm right now, don't have any beer at the moment. Am probably going to go and get some Grain Belt Premium tomorrow, I'm getting thirsty!

Mary is going to open my pub for Xmas eve and I've got a healthy amount of Tetley's and Guinness to last me through tomorrow. Friday I can go re-up. I also received a nice bottle of 18yo Macallan yesterday. Right now I'm just trying to get through this stupid half day. I've got my flask full of that 18yo slut if it starts to get too boring. ;)

I've been bunkering up on that Leinenkugel's Fireside Nut Brown I've been talking about. Once December's over, they're gone. Someone gave me some nice Hudson Four Grain Bourbon from Tuthilltown Distillery - a distillery that recently opened in upstate NY. Awesome stuff.

lol. The wife just called and said, "I don't think we have enough. I'm at the store. What do you want?" That's a good woman right there. :D

Have a good christmas Dylan.

I am gonna go with the Boulevard Nut Cracker Ale. My favorite holiday brew.

I do have one of the Smokestack brews by Boulevard, Long Strange Tripel, Ive been saving. Might pop the cork on it!

I usually swill cheap beer like Hamm's (remember the commercials with the bear?) but for Xmas eve dinner I splurged on a 4-pack of Grolsch. I even found the 15-oz bottles with ceramic cover, they're great to reuse for homemade cider etc.
The splurging didn't stop there, I also snagged a bottle of Booker's 124proof single-barrel, never watered-down bourbon, oh my. It's not for mixing, just for sipping, yum yum!

Try CT, They don't sell beer on Sundays or Holidays. I had to cross state lines on Laborday to get beer when I first moved here.:grumpy:

Yeah we had some beer, ST Paulie Girl, Stella, Corona, budlight. I made some kick ass Margaritas also. Between the Margaritas and doing shots; 3 bottles of Jose Cuervo were put away as well as a bottle of Patron.

I always do a New Years eve party, but do to some winter weather some folks couldn't make it. So we had some of my neighbors over.
Here are some pics.

I hope you guys had a great night as well!

Looks like a great time Tony. Happy New Years bro. Thanks for posting this here.

Not a high-end beer, but I was drinking Miller Chill, or eggnog with rum around my birthday, er Christmas. My tastes in general have been running more towards beers with more "character" in the last couple of years.

You like that Miller Chill? I knocked out one of those just to get the t-shirt from the hot German chick and I'm pretty sure it'll be the last one I ever drink. I've never met anyone that liked it. I guess now I have.

Yeah, I actually do like it. I'd just as soon or sooner have a Blue Moon or a Newcastle, but those aren't light beers.
