Hey all! Hope everyone is doing well and slowly losing motivation at work!
Being this time of year and that I just scored my grail knife, I wanted to give back. This GAW is open to all members of BF that are located in the USA and Canada. All you need to do is comment that you're in and pick a number between 1-1000. On X-mas morning, I'll draw two winners using a random # generator. I will ship to the winners, wherever they may be, free of charge.
Now, on to what you'll be winning...
The first item is a washboard sharpening system made by forum member HeavyHanded. These are a great all-purpose freehand sharpening system and are perfect for those who are still learning how to freehand, or want to. Instead of doing a write-up about it, here's a link to one of his sales threads that will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about it (and more!):

My kit was very lightly used and will include everything that it came with when new, plus some extra sheets of sandpaper.
The second item has been my favorite backup blade for over a year now. This is a kamisori grind, convex tip necker made by fellow forumite flatblackcapo aka Kevin Tupper aka Tupper Knife & Tool aka TKT (that dude has a lot of aka's, huh?). This is a wonderful little knife that slices well due to it's primary grind, but the convex tip will always be there take some punishment if need be.

The steel is 1084 and shows a light patina from carry and use. It's bittersweet letting this one go as it was only the second or third knife that he ever sold and Kevin is a close friend of mine. BUT, it hasn't seen any action in a couple months and I wanted to spread the love, so it's time to let someone else enjoy it. This piece measures 6" overall and comes with the pictured kydex sheath. It needs a light touch up to get back to shaving sharp, but does have a perfectly usable edge on it.
Kevin's work is quality AND badass. He's one of the realest and most down to Earth people I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. If you have the time, please go check out his digs. We as a community are responsible for keeping the independent makers doing what they love. Please support custom makers if you have the means.
After I have drawn the two winners, if they would like to get together and discuss swapping the items that they've won, that's perfectly fine by me. I'll be in contact with both parties to sort out the details.
Thank you so much to everyone of you. This is hands down the best knife community out there and it's because of all the kick-ass folks who hang around and contribute. Happy holidays!
Oh, and just in case you were wondering what my grail is, it's this:

Lucas Burnley Kwaiken flipper in full orange peel ti/hand satin blade, a two year search comes to an end.
