The knife I chose for Thanksgiving Day food prep this year was my stainless Moray. It is a great size for everything T-Day related. I found it to be particularly nimble for turkey carving.

I hope that Allen makes some more of these in CPM 154 with synthetic handles. I would buy one or two more for special gifts. This is my favorite W.A. Surls design so far.
