Anyone know if there are any planned for this year?

Would love to see a 110 in it for the anniversary.
If not that, I'm pretty open, just hope there is one.

Have you seen the 110 tins, celebrating the 50th anniversary of that model, @ Cabelas online? Beautifully done tin holds a 110 & leather sheath. I haven't seen them in the store. Just online.

I've been seeing them at Tract_ _ S_ _ _ _ _. They were between the feed and chainsaws. DM

Will check TS when I am there, thanks.

I was thinking more wally world but not sure if they do much with them now (not that I would blame Buck at all if they didn't).

I just picked up 2 of these tonight that I had delivered to the Tualatin Oregon store. I have not heard of any others coming out.

The ones at Dicks is a Boone and Crockett version with blade etching. Now I will have to go get a couple of the ones from Dicks as well. They show some locally in stock. Time to go shopping tomorrow.

Thanks DeSotoSky.

Dick's Sporting Goods also has a 110 gift tin....

Did you notice any tins for sale in the store while there? Also, did you notice the tang stamp on the Alaskan Guide 110 to see if it was updated to the 50th marking?

Good that you waited for the price reduction of the 110 tin, dropped ten bucks. And no shipping charge for store delivery is the smart money way to buy.

Interestingly, they are selling the 110 for more than the 110 tin. Puzzling but cool for tin aficionados.

Dick's 110 B&C tin: Anyone know if a sheath is included? And if one is then is it leather or nylon? THX.

Oregon - PM sent.

nylon sheath with a special 50th imaging]

Thank you gsea for the photo. Very helpful of you.

There are 2 left at wa sq now. I took in a printout of the online ad and they matched that price happily. Thank you gedlicks.

Nice deal on LM Brewsters, btw.

Cold hole: Orchard HW. No tins and miserly selection of Bucks otherwise.

No joy: WM. Absolutely every cotton picking clam pack hook was empty/devoid of Buck knives. MT. Not one knife of any description in view. Nobody present to question. Picked clean or disco or alien abduction or invisible knives or I went momentarily blind/hysterical or something else...:eek::D:confused:

CLD and had a wonderful conversation with this brilliant Buck aficionado. Thank you kindly James.

I picked up 2 of the 110's from Dicks in the tin today for a great price as well as had a great conversation by phone with fellow Buck collector and Oregonian Oregon Steve.

Thanks Steve. The pleasure was all mine.

Were getting towards the end of 2014, none of the big box stores like keeping dated stuff around passed the end of the year. Earlier this month a big outdoor retailer had clam packs 50th 110 for a crazy low price. I wish i had bought a few instead of one.
