Hollow ground Persian vs ffg g10 Persian(which one slices better?)

I have hollow ground Persian and had it for 5 yrs but started using it recently.I love how the knife handles and how it cuts and slices.The only thing that i dont like is the handle is little slippery.How does it compare t g10 Persian in slicing?

I love low angles so ffg is little easier to sharpen too....will convex it on belt sander!

On thick material, the Persian 2 (FFG) will out slice the original hollow ground Persian but my Tom Krein FFG reground C83's will out slice them both.

Im planning to make almost full convex on g10 persian so it will slice and cut like crazy.Thats exactly what I did to my Spyderco Moran that was flat ground and it outcuts every knife I have!
