Hollow handle survival kit?

Just ordered a Mk VI...it will be my first CRK
What do you guys put in the handle?

I am a big believer in fire and water. A small ferrosium rod, some dryer lint, a condom (for water) and a water purification tablet or two can be all you need if you are resourceful and God is merciful to you.

I have a Marble's mini compass glued into the cap on my Project 1, Sparklite fire starter and a bit of tinder.

I carry stripes of rubber as tinder. Advantages are easy to light, conpact,and will burn even in wet conditions. Some day they will make a cell phone to fit in the handle and that should solve everyones problems.

I took the 1/2" diameter firesteel out of a "Blast Match" and epoxied it into the butt cap of my Shadow 4. Now there's a huge firesteel in the cap and tinder in the handle whenever I need it.

Almost forgot -- in my Aviator, I carry a NSN SparkLite with 2 tinders -- and I might chop-down the handle of the SparkLite to give me extra space for "SAS Survival Compass."

They're not the only firestarters, tinders, nor compasses that I carry when I'm out in the woods, but they are nice supplements to have handy as backups.
