I have a half a dozen Blade-Tech's. Quality stuff. A point to consider when fitting a woman to an IWB is the way she likes her jeans to fit. An IWB will fit and feel very different if a woman likes low rider jeans that hug around the hip bones rather than jeans that are higher in cut that hug a woman's belly button level. Also consider if she likes to wear shirts untucked or tucked. Is she willing to wear shirts one size larger, ie: her size is Med, but will wear a Large to help with concealment. Does she wear a belt? some IWBs will have a fixed kydex loop, and some will have rubber loops that are a little more forgiving. I would suggest strongly that any holster you buy should have an "FBI cant", which is the handle of the pistol is canted forward with the barrel pointing more behind than straight down. This fbi cant really helps with concealment. Perhaps finding a women's carry forum will help too.
