Need to find some pics or screen caps from the movie "Tombstone" - with Val Kilmer as Doc Holliday - where he has a special holster rig.

Any help?

I've scoured google...can't find what I need.

Not very clear but tHis is the closest I could come up with. I just google imaged "gun for each of ya"...which is arguably the best line in the movie;)

Dan,
I cant remember the company, but they made the rig for that movie...If you scour the gun boards it should be easily found!!!

Shouldnt be that hard for you to do...2 straps and a holster and you are there!! Errr that is what I tell myself when I think about making one!! lol!!

Ohh yea,a...Kirkpatric leather is one of the companies that does that rig...They are NOT cheap, but they are one of the best!!!!

45-70 beat me to the other one!!! ElPaso is top of the line stuff bro!!!

Good luck with your chicken!

Before you send your money.

I sent my money for a threepersons holster and belt through paypal on the second. They accepted pament on the third. I've been on vacation this week and have called every day since Tuesday, and have left at least two messages, as well as sending various emails, to verify that they recieved the payment and asking for a call back.

So far I've not gotten a call back at all.

EP saddlery apparently has a hit or miss reputation when it comes to service as well.

I don't know if Dan planned to buy a holster, or was looking for his own nefarious reasons, but be forewarned.

Sorry to hear about it, 45-70. :(

I was asking because Kenny Rowe is making the sheath for my Pig Sticker and had suggested one like above.

I've never had him make a sheath for me...and he lives here in Arkansas...thought this would be a good opportunity to try him out. Very nice guy. And, of course, his work is beyond reproach. I sent him the pig sticker and the lil' boar knife and left up the design to him. The waist strap will be wider (1 3/4") to accomodate the companion knife and should be fairly comfortable to use.

Just hope I don't slit my own throat in the excitement drawing it out... :D :p :foot: :barf:

I'd need to get a sheath from Sandy Morrisey too.....oh, and Chuck Burrows....someday I guess. *shrug*
