Hey Guys here is one I just finished up. This was a gift for a friend of mine. Little back story, my friend was walking out his yard to go to his tree stand and almost stepped on a 5 1/2 foot Canebreak Rattler. He saw it a the last second and got it first. He gave it to me for the skin. After I tanned it I made the holster for him as a thank you. This was my first attempt at inlay/overlay. Hope you like it.

I dont think your friend will like that one, better send that one to me and make another....just kiddin!
Very nicely done!

That is real sweet, nice job. Was there a technical reason that you didn't follow the angle of the gun with the inlay?

Thanks very much guys

Thanks man, the only reason was, if I turned it too much it was covering my stitching on the right side, but I could have angled it a tad more. Not to shabby for the first inlay, but will definitely work that out on the next.

I think ya did great, Just wondering and felt there was a reason. Been arguing inside my head whether it would be better to follow the angle of the gun or to be perpendicular to the belt when worn with the inlay. Really like this holster.

Thank You, Actually you hit it on the head, when he is wearing it, the angle makes it sit perfect.
