I remember someone else saying that they understand the meaning of "my precious," but I'm going to have to disagree . . .

You see, there were only 10 of these knives made, and they are the ONLY Busse knife that deserves the title of "my precious," so unless they were talking about this knife, they were mistaken. ;)

Behold, my ST-RIPPER!!!

Sorry for the crappy pic, but you get the idea

It is an absolutely PERFECT fit to my hand, light yet sturdy, and perfectly shaped.

Ahhh...it's Ok I guess.

No, I'm just jealous...that thing is sweet:eek: You have reason to be proud...Congrats!

Strobengh,when was it made?

The Ripper and ST-Ripper were special offers by the Company Store.

I think that Skunk posted the Go thread early last year, February?
The knives shipped out a few months later.

But I am not sure as I was not lucky enough to buy one during the initial offering.
I certainly wish I was part of the original group. It would have been a lot easier to get it.

TO all those who are thinking "hey that's a nice knife, I think I'll go buy one" I say this:

GOOD LUCK. I think I contacted just about all of the owners. NO ONE wants to let go of this knife, and now I understand why.
It is SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET

Not just your world!....OUR WORLD!:eek::thumbup:

:D

Congrats on an awesome ST Ripper!

Where have you been slacker?:D I thought you'd feel this thread come up as it was being typed.

I can only speak for myself until we get into formation. We have at least 3 on this now, so it is our world.

I would KILL for one of those WITHOUT serrations....I dunno why...I have an aversion to serrations :p
