I was only going to post a link that describes my experience but since you addressed me I want to explain and illustrate your companys bad business practice.

.../your last email stated that this problem was finished (and that was months ago)/...

If my memory serves me right I didn´t want to have anything to do with your company. The communication stopped on my end after I finally got my stuff back. I was so sick of the whole story.

I got my stuff and money back but I had to pay about $90 for it (custom fees because you didn´t care to follow any shipping instructions plus cashing the check - no Western Union? Paypal?). Also one of the knives had a fingerprint on the blade that had started to rust. Managed to almost polish it away, almost.

.../again my apologies for not meeting the specified delivery date.

AND for false information on the progress of my knife...
AND for making me pay for getting my knives...
AND for making me pay for my own money...
AND for making me havet to contact people abroad to fix this...
AND for the time lost writing all those emails etc...

In the end I lost some money and a lot of faith in your way of conducting business.

I won´t post more in this thread unless directly addressed (hint).

/Colinz

I know, I know!!!
