J, I think I will have to go to the website to take a further look at this. Congratulations also on #1000 by the way. Thanks for posting this info.
Be safe.

oh crap....I am over 1000!!! YEA!!!! Time for a give-a-way....hummmmmm...off to the cave to check out what I can do....

I just realized....I don't even know where to post a give-a-way!!!

I had that same feeling on the gift-it-forward for you on Sally's contest. I checked with Esav, TTD, & Guyon before putting it on ESEE since it involved
her Izula. Amazing how time flies on here, huh . . . :D
Be safe.

Blade shape is nice, looks like a useful little tool.

Although depending on the price, you could get a nice necker instead.
Maybe I am just biased because of the oppressive knife laws in NYS.

Hard to get too excited about the heat when I still haven't seen my Hest!:D

I like the Heat design. I was thinking about getting one for the wife. Waiting to see when they come out.

I'm diggin' the HEAT! I have an LE on the way, but RYP seems to have something else up his sleeve to separate my cash from my wallet. I am looking forward to hearing more info as it develops. Seams like a perfect EDC for California.

Lates,

Connor

The HEAT was leaked because this is SHOT and people would be talking about our future plans anyway. There is no price point but we always try to get our prices to match a working man's wallet without cutting corners or using cheaper materials. It will be less than the HEST and there will be a first run edition that will be pimped out with a special carbon fiber/G10 mix grip. We will also play with sputter coating on the Ti frame and incorporate the frame lock, heavy construction and other items I like. We may do one steel for the LE and one for the regular production run.

Thats why you get to weigh in before I sit down and finalize specs.

RYP- I spend most my time in the ESEE forum, but Got a Fixed HEST a couple weeks ago, and I absolutely love it! I also can't wait to get my hands on some of the new products you have coming out. They look amazing!

The HEAT and HEST II....YEAH BABY!

Hex driver for the lanyard hole ;-) It's a very handy feature that if the cost wasn't too high to add, always good to have.
