I wish I got it sooner. Talked a friend into getting one too. It just feels so magically light in my hand, and I've been EDC'ing it for the last week. I'm in love! It looks so classy for knife of this type! I'm going to get K9-Handler to paint it white once I see how much money I've got left over from getting a new car.

Now, I'm definitely getting the knife itself painted white, but what color should I get the scales painted?

The classic pairing for a white knife is pastel pink scales, with yellow liners but purple would also work for the liners.

I have a question, how have you been EDC'ing it?

Sorry, that's a lot of knife to roll around with on a daily basis, not calling you out, quite the contrary, I was more curious about your job and where you live, to be honest.

Wish I could edc my 5. Or maybe I would go with a 5+9 combo since I already edc my 14. :D

See what I did there? :p

Yeah, the 5 is awesome.
Do tell about EDC'ing a short saber!

The Bk-2 really is a do-it-all knife and Mr.Becker knows his stuff! That knife is tough as nails! Show a friendly demeanor when you wear it EDC, try to be friendly and you may put people around you more at ease.

I am also intrigued by this 5 edc. as far as a color scheme you could go the classic black and lime green, subdued earth tones, blaze orange for visibility, wood furniture and red liners looks nice, or you could just duracoat the whole thing to whatever color you like :D

Lol guys I seriously EDC my BK5. Canadian laws are pretty relaxed on knives as knives are considered tools under canadian law. I live in vancouver and work at a home and hardware store but no one even notices. The nylon sheath barely says "I've got a knife!" For whatever reason people notice it less then when I edc my BK2 (which wouldn't happen without my amazing sagewood gear sheath :D )

But seriously, what colour goes best with white?
