Holy Throwback 119!

That's unfortunate....

I had just decided that the 119 isn't much use to me and you go and do this...

If it were a flap-over sheath, it would be perfect!

Are these numbered XXX/250 (etched on the blades themselves)?

Copper and Clad, do you guys have a store to check out? In person? I have messaged but maybe your not receiving them. Cool Knife.

Makael, I've asked them about a store front before and the answer was no. They are out of Springfield MO, only a 'few' hours down I44 from St Louis. They've had a number of stag offerings but I'm loath to buy from stock photos. As a collector, I want to see and choose what I'm buying.

That's a great looking knife. I love those colors. If it was a car, it would be fast. The box, the steel, the handle. Man, you guys have it dialed in. Keep bringing it

Well.......great.

You COULD go for even greater. Joe's Red Widow was a nice beginning salute to the "Theatre Knife."
Joe's version is beautiful, (I wish it had a couple of thick black bands in the handle) but.....why not do an even more authentic looking one? A real throwback.

Make it just like our fighting men made them on the Pacific Islands in WWII.

Use spacers/handle bands of clear Lucite, black Lucite, and aluminum just like the guys did in the war.

Paint the full tang red like they did to get the illusion of color into the clear spacers.

Instead of the standard Buck guard and pommel, change them a little to represent a common Theatre Knife shape......a little more material to the guard and a little different shaped pommel.......

Keep the 119 or even 120 or 124 blade but get a little more creative with the rest.

It ain't that hard to get hold of a flap-over sheath........Makael can probably make them.

Does a dealer for Buck require a Brick and Mortar store?

That is really KOOL!!! Nice color choice on the handle!!! John

440C? Wow it is 440C! Oh my God that is a beautiful knife. I don't think I could keep that as a safe queen. I'd be too tempted to use it.
