Hom Basilisk customisation

I’m thinking about customizing my bas but I need some advice... I was thinking about changing the (pivot)screws: new colour and/or head design. My bas has orange scales and blue liners with stock screwes.
Will screws like the ‘Flytanium Benchmade Griptilian screws’ work? Heard this from somebody but I doubt it though.
