Hello everyone. Got a quick question. Im looking to make my own (jig)adjustable angle knife sharpener. Anyone that can point me in the right direction would be much appreciated. I have a smith knife sharpener, but just not happy with it. To be honest, I just want to make one.

I got two blocks of wood, a hinge, and screwed them together. I set the angle with a protractor and stick an eraser between the wood. Then I place my stones on the block and start sharpening (well, setting the bevel; I don't use this thing for sharpening).

Not knowing what you have to work with here are three I fabricated. 1 from UHMW and some stainless steel. The other 2 from Lexan. All are adjustable.
