I decided to add a firesteel holder/attachment to my BK2 sheath, it will fit
3/8 size firesteel perfect and even the exotac nano striker which is also 3/8 in diameter fits nice.

I also can't wait to get my new lathe, I'm so bored I'm trying to find any machine around my house to run...

Not to brag but I'm getting pretty good at sewing...

That's awesome! Brag away! Really good idea and execution. Maybe it's time to get my wife a sewing machine, and put her to work!

Flex, thats pretty good! Velcro straps on the back I'm guessing? What sewing machine are you using? My mom has one but it doesn't like 2 layers of webbing. I like making stuff like that also.

Thanks everyone..

Velcro backing, the sewing machine is a kenmore.

If I remember right I got this machine from a thrift store for cheap.
I don't remember what I bought it for but it has come in pretty damn handy...

Flexxx, I think that since you're coming up on 1000 posts maybe you could have a contest with one of those as the prize? Or sell them??? Or I guess if you don't want to do that I'll just have to make one myself ;)

very cool! do you have some kydex folding equipment too? i think you can make some pretty innovative rigs for our beckers with your skills.

I will figure somthing out for a contest around 950, not sure what it will be.

You can't make one yourself, thats copyright....:D

HONOR THE MODS!!!!!!!!!

You must send this to me immediately, for, um, inspection, to make sure that it is durable enough to ride that Becker sheath.

Hey Flexxx, where did you find the Cordura that you used to make the MolleBack for the sheath? Also, what type of material did you use for the edging and whatnot?

You have inspired me to go thrift shopping for a sewing machine.

Cordura/Velcro and straps I got at a military surplus store.
the stuff around the edges I used is some kind of nylon material, not really sure what its called.

I'm not really sure what all the Terminology is for sewing.

Hope this helps....
